Abstract
In Cameroon, the shortage of jobs is measured through the change of the educative system’s products into leaders of non-formal sectors. Linked to the oil and financial crisis (1971-1990) and the decline of the school system, the crisis can be solved only through an efficient joint effort of public powers, teachers, parents and youth.
